Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, a program funded through United Way of Ross County, is a free program that delivers age-appropriate books each month to children in Ross County from birth to age 5. The program supports early literacy, promotes Kindergarten readiness, and currently serves nearly 3,000 local children.
