The Paper City Mentoring Project

Meet Our Community Impact Partner: The Paper City Mentoring Project

The Paper City Mentoring Project (PCMP) exists to connect teenagers in Ross County with committed adult mentors who help them discover their full potential and worth. In a community where nearly half of families struggle to meet basic needs, teens often face academic, social, and generational challenges without the support they need. Since 2016, PCMP has trained and equipped adult mentors to build strong, encouraging relationships that empower young people to gain confidence, set goals, and create bright futures. As they grow, these teens are inspired to break negative cycles and make a lasting impact in their community.
