Meet Our Community Impact Partner: Sojourners Care Network
Sojourners Care Network is a nonprofit organization rooted in Appalachian Ohio, dedicated to empowering young people to become healthy, responsible, and productive citizens. Through a combination of grant funding and local resources, we address critical issues such as youth homelessness, poverty, illiteracy, and mental health challenges.
In addition to youth services, we support families providing foster and kinship care, striving to bring stability and normalcy to vulnerable children throughout our region. At Sojourners, we believe in creating opportunities that foster resilience, growth, and a brighter future for the young people we serve.
