
Thomas Peterson serves as the Facilities Management Department Manager for Fluor-BWXT Portsmouth LLC in Piketon, Ohio. A dedicated public servant and community advocate, Thomas brings valuable leadership and strategic insight to the United Way of Ross County Board of Trustees.
In addition to his professional role, Thomas is an active member of the Chillicothe City Planning Commission and currently serves as the board chairman for the David H. Ater Dyslexia and ADHD Foundation, a local nonprofit supporting neurodivergent youth and adults. His past service includes board membership at the Carver Community Center and military service as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserves and the Virginia Army National Guard.
Thomas earned certification from the National Registry of Radiation Protection Technologists in 1997 and holds a Bachelor of Individualized Studies from Shawnee State University.
